Κοινοπραξίες με τουλάχιστον ένα πανεπιστήμιο (ή δίκτυο), RTO και έναν φιλανθρωπικό οργανισμό (ή δίκτυο). Μπορούν να συμμετέχουν και επιταχυντές, δίκτυα επενδυτών, δημόσιοι φορείς και άλλοι φορείς καινοτομίας.
Ποιοι φιλανθρωπικοί οργανισμοί γίνονται δεκτοί;
Όσοι πληρούν τα κριτήρια του Philea για «ίδρυμα δημόσιου οφέλους»: ανεξάρτητο μη κερδοσκοπικό σώμα, χωρίς μέλη ή μετόχους, με δική του σταθερή πηγή εισοδήματος, δικό του διοικητικό συμβούλιο, και διανομή πόρων για σκοπούς δημόσιου οφέλους.

Interregional Innovation Investments Strand 1 – I3FLOAT 1st Open Call
An open call under the Commission-backed I3FLOAT project for SMEs to develop innovative projects. Each applicant can request up to €60,000, and two SMEs from different regions can apply together for up to €120,000 per project.
