Terms of use

TODO(company): This text is a draft. It must be reviewed by a lawyer before publication and the company details filled in. The Greek version prevails.

The website www.xrimatodotisi.gr ("the site") belongs to [TODO: company name], VAT no. [TODO], GEMI no. [TODO], registered at [TODO: address] ("we"). By using the site you accept these terms.

What the information we publish is

We collect facts from the official calls and announcements of the bodies that fund businesses and present them in plain language, with a link to the document each fact comes from.

The information is for guidance. It is not legal, tax or investment advice and does not replace reading the call. Where there is any difference, the funding body's text prevails. We are not a public body and do not decide on applications.

The eligibility check

The eligibility check compares the details you give with some of each call's criteria. It does not check every condition (for example the de minimis rule, company size or where the investment is made), and its result does not mean your application will be approved.

Accuracy and updates

We check sources regularly and show on every programme when it was last checked. Funding bodies do change calls, deadlines and amounts without notice. Check the official document before any decision. We are not liable for loss from a decision based on the site alone.

Advisory services

If you ask us to help with an application, the terms of that work (fee, scope, responsibilities) are agreed separately and in writing before we start.

Copyright

The site's text, design and organisation of data belong to us. Quotes from official documents belong to the bodies that issued them. You may quote short passages with a credit and a link to the site.

Links to other websites

Links to official and other websites are given for convenience. We do not control their content.

Changes and governing law

We may change these terms. The date of the last change is shown below. Greek law applies. The courts of [TODO: city] have jurisdiction.
